Making a Credible Edible…incredible

Inspired by the origins of its founders, and the passion of their flavors, we rebranded a cannabis brand unparalleled in the industry to expand beyond the state of Colorado to across the nation. As more and more consumers gain access to cannabis, we positioned the brand as an approachable go-to for a worry-free, credible, and dependable first choice. The new brand and messaging was designed to cater to “cana-newbs” and “cana-isseurs”. All aspects of the design system is meant to communicate deliciousness, flavor, and dependability.

We uncovered behavioral and aspirational design insights from bud tenders, sales teams and consumers to inform the key communication aspects of the brand identity and packaging design. We navigated heavy regulatory constraints across multiple states to create a scalable brand language.
